WNG, a Swiss digital strategy firm, and Antadis, a French e-commerce specialist, have formed a joint venture to bring advanced e-commerce solutions to the Swiss market.
Digital agency WNG has partnered with Antadis, a renowned French e-commerce expert, to establish a new joint venture dedicated to e-commerce. Operating under the brand Antadis x WNG, the venture aims to address the need for high-level e-commerce expertise in the Swiss market, particularly in the the French-speaking region. “In my work with Apolo, the start-up studio of the QoQa group, we sought a partner to create GRAPL, an international direct sales platform for winemakers. We found the expertise we needed with Antadis, with whom we share values and a common DNA,” said Stéphane Grivat, CEO of WNG.
Founded in 2002 by its current CEO Sébastien Martineau, Antadis employs 90 people and boasts a client list that includes notable names such as But stores, Jérôme Dreyfuss, and Tbs. WNG, also established in 2002, has around 20 employees and serves clients like Vaudoise Assurances, PostFinance, Migros, Hirslanden clinics, and the HES-SO.
The joint venture Antadis x WNG will leverage the complementary expertise of both agencies while developing its own dedicated team. Recruitment efforts are underway, starting with the search for a CEO. Currently, Stéphane Grivat is handling the role, but he is committed to bringing in new leadership from outside the existing framework. “We aim to become a key player in e-commerce for the Romandy market initially, and if successful, expand into the German-speaking market,” Grivat added.
Antadis x WNG offers a unique blend of French e-commerce production strength and Swiss digital consulting quality. This alliance is expected to provide Swiss companies with cutting-edge e-commerce solutions that will enhance their competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital marketplace. The new venture will create high-quality jobs and attract talent, further boosting Western Switzerland’s digital economy.
